Welcome to Keeping Nona Healthy!

We want to first, welcome you to Keeping Nona Healthy! We are a group of real estate agents from Keller Williams Realty who want to share how you can create healthy habits in your life!

It is widely believed that it will take 21 days to take a new behavior and make it a habit. Wouldn't it be nice if after three short weeks of doing the same behavior, it became automatic on day 22? Scientists who study habit formation say it's not that easy. The average person takes 66 days to form a habit; this means a little more than two full months of repeating the same behavior before it becomes so engrained in their life that it becomes automatic.

Keeping Nona Healthy is here to help you learn all about what it takes to turn your everyday life into Healthy Living! We will share information that is pertinent to good exercises, great recipes, and that little nudge you need to keep going with you are ready to quit!
